P A I N T I N G   Y O U R   H E A R T   A N D   S O U L   O U T !

Painting Your Heart and Soul Out is for everyone who has ever dreamed of playing with paint and color. Using guided meditation, music and movement, in a setting of gentle encouragement; intuitive spirit painting will awaken the artist within. Using guided meditations, music and movement, the class will support you in playfully discovering your innate creative spirit; allowing you to break through limiting beliefs about what it means to be a creative individual. As with all Sheri's classes, no previous artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to explore and play.

Join us for a day of artful adventures, specifically geared toward our special creative spirits.
This class will include learning about and creating an individual journal, exploratory walk and journaling, a collaborative mural, and music.

J O U R N A L  F R O M  T H E  H E A R T-101

Creative visual journaling is an entryway into our heart and mind. This introductory workshop will show you an exciting way of using your journal for creativity and personal transformation. Learn easy tools and techniques to create a beautiful VISUAL journal. We will use creative writing and visual exercises to take you beyond the written word. Take part in a journey of the imagination in a nurturing and  supportive environment where there are no rules and anything goes.  Absolutely no experience necessary!  All who participate in this introductory workshop, can join in on the monthly journal nights.

M O N T H L Y  J O U R N A L  F R O M  T H E  H E A R T

A facilitated journal visual journaling group.

This group will meet on the first Wednesday of each month. Anyone who has taken Journal from the Heart 101 –at any time-is welcome to join. Paints will be supplied. Participants should bring a journal, pens, mod podge or gel medium, magazines and ephemera they would like to use. Each month will have a specific theme and journal prompt for us to investigate. We will share and discuss our journal pieces at the end of each evening.

Registration and Cancellation Policy:

Advance registration and payment in full is required by registration deadline. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. A 50% refund of the tuition will be issued when notified 7 days in advance of the workshop, event or class. No refunds will be issued once the class has started. In the case of inadequate enrollment, we will notify registered students and issue a full refund.

Please note: Discounts, gift certificates, etc are always honored but we ask that you limit them to one type per class, per person.
